When will my order arrive?
Each IL MATTO garment is made to order. Production normally takes 3–5 business days, followed by approximately 7–12 business days for Australian delivery. Please allow an estimated total of 10–17 business days from purchase. Delivery times are estimates. Tracking is supplied after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Standard tracked shipping within Australia is A$11. Free tracked shipping on Australian orders A$100+. Delivery times are estimates and tracking is supplied after dispatch.
How do I choose my size?
Check the size chart in the product images and compare the measurements with a garment you already like wearing. Fits can differ between styles.
What is your return policy?
Because most IL MATTO garments are made to order, we generally do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including where the wrong size, colour or design is ordered. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
